Machine structure:

(1) Structure: high-temperature storage area, cold storage areas, sample test area
(2) Out material: High grade stainless steel plate with white painting;
(3) Inner material: SUS304 stainless steel;
(4) Testing body heat preservation material: rigid polyurethane foam + fiberglass.

2 Testing sample is put on sample shelve,the cylinder drive to open the valve of heat-storing zone or cooling-storing zone.
3 Guide cold air into testing zone, to achieve effect of fast cooling . Balance the temperature control system(BTC) + Special designed air circulation system, Cotrol S.S.R. by P.I.D. ,make the system's heating equal to heat consumption, so the machine can long-term stability using.
