1. Introduction
The tensible testing machine composed of the control computer & servo motor is a universal testing machine designed and manufactured for educational & institutional department like university and research institution.
PC,full-digital controller,servo motor with gear box,ball screw are integrated into the entire testing system to move up,down so as to accomplish the tensing, compressing, bending, cutting tests. Additionally equipped with the testing fixtures, it is widely applied in mechanical property test for the metals, metalloid,composite etc.

3.Features
1 Main Mechanism
1.1 High stiffness gantry frame structure adopted, with high strength and small deformation.
1.2 Adopt imported high precision ball screw, transmitted efficient and smoothly.
1.3 Transmission part adopt Arc-gear synchronous belt transmission, with no clearance in the bidirectional transmission process.
1.4 Adopt AC motor and drive system to ensure the stable transmission and torque, with over current, over voltage, overload protection devices, speed ratio of 1:10 0000;
1.5 With special designed clamp, it can fix firmly and easy to operate ,without jaw sliding phenomenon.
1.6 Special process ensured machine alignment, eliminate the influence of irregular sample to sensor.
4.Control System
1.The outstanding feature is the closed-loop control by realizing tensile value, deformation, position closed-loop control as well as smooth-switch between them; it even can realize the loop control (fatigue) & arbitrary curve control by script controlling, which can be applied for the great difficult testing control.
2.It adopts PC & the interface board to implement the data gathering, storage, treatment and testing result printing. It also can calculate the parameters such as the maximum tensile force, average yield strength, max. deformation, elastic modulus; with a flexibility to process the data that covers curve treatment, multi-sensor application, image and drawing interface & support MS-ACCESS data base, which make the entire more powerful.
5. Software Control
It is in compliance with GB228-87, GB228-2002 standard as well as other standards from more than 30 countries. Moreover, The GB, ISO,JIS,ASTM, DIN as well as standards offered by the customer to test, gather & process the result data with well-performed extensibility.
